Obim prodaje koji ostvaruje online prodavnica mo\u017eete uve\u0107ati na vi\u0161e na\u010dina. To mo\u017ee biti primenom razli\u010ditih tehnika, odgovaraju\u0107im dizajnom ili primenom razli\u010ditih funkcionalnosti. Vi\u0161e o tome kako dizajn uti\u010de na <a href=\"https:\/\/mediaplannerblog.com\/blog\/ecommerce\/internet-prodavnica-kako-dizajn-i-ux-uticu-na-prodaju\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-theme-primary-color\">internet prodavnicu<\/mark><\/a> mo\u017eete pro\u010ditati u tekstu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mediaplannerblog.com\/blog\/ecommerce\/internet-prodavnica-kako-dizajn-i-ux-uticu-na-prodaju\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-theme-primary-color\">INTERNET PRODAVNICA: Kako dizajn i UX uti\u010du na prodaju?<\/mark><\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada govorimo o funkcionalnostima, one se mogu svrstati u jednu od dve kategorije:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Social Proof<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Social Proof<\/strong> predstavlja psiholo\u0161ki fenomen koji opisuje na\u010din na koji se ljudi pona\u0161aju kada se na\u0111u u situaciji za koju nisu sigurni koji je odgovaraju\u0107i oblik pona\u0161anja. Tada, preduzimaju iste akcije kao i ljudi oko njih. To rade jer smatraju da oni poseduju vi\u0161e znanja o situaciji u kojoj se nalaze. Dakle, do pojave Social Proof fenomena dolazi iz dva razloga. Prvi je nesigurnost u dono\u0161enje ispravnog zaklju\u010dka, a drugi je percepcija da postoji sli\u010dnost sa ljudima iz njihovog okru\u017eenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out)<\/strong> se odnosi na jo\u0161 jednu karakteristiku u ljudskom pona\u0161anju. Ispoljava se kod pojedinca u vidu straha od propu\u0161tanja da se donese odluka koja \u0107e, po sopstvenom shvatanju, unaprediti njegov svakodnevni \u017eivot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za\u0161to smo spomenuli Social Proof i FOMO? Prvi razlog je, zato \u0161to \u0107ete se sa ovim terminima \u010desto susretati kada je u pitanju tema pove\u0107anje prodaje i online prodavnica. Drugi razlog je taj, jer pomo\u0107u odgovaraju\u0107ih funkcionalnosti mo\u017eemo uticati na ne\u0161to \u0161to je u prirodi ljudskog pona\u0161anja, kreirati jaku motivaciju za kupovinu i tako pove\u0107ati obim prodaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na koji na\u010din online prodavnica mo\u017ee iskoristiti ove specifi\u010dnosti u ljudskom pona\u0161anju sazna\u0107emo u nastavku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"10-nacina\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-theme-primary-color\">Online prodavnica \u2013 10 na\u010dina da pove\u0107ate prodaju<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnogo je na\u010dina na koji online prodavnica mo\u017ee unaprediti prodaju. U nastavku \u0107emo spomenuti one koji se odnose na dizajn i odre\u0111ene funkcionalnosti. Ove preporuke, je po mom mi\u0161ljenju, najlak\u0161e primeniti. Na taj na\u010din \u0107emo veoma brzo imati i prve, vidljive rezultate. \u0160to se ti\u010de rednog broja pod kojim se preporuka nalazi, mo\u017eemo re\u0107i da on odre\u0111uje prioritet u njihovoj implementaciji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"jasan-precizan-opis-proizvoda\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-theme-primary-color\">1. Online prodavnica treba imati jasan i precizan opis proizvoda<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pa\u017enja i interest korisnika na internetu veoma kratko traju. Ukoliko u prvih nekoliko sekundi ne na\u0111e informacije koje ga zanimaju korisnik \u0107e napustiti online prodavnicu. Iz tog razloga kada kreiramo opis proizvoda trebamo se dr\u017eati nekoliko principa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ne koristiti opise koje dobijamo od proizvo\u0111a\u010da jer je velika verovatno\u0107a da ih koriste i druge online prodavnice \u0161to \u0107e se negativno odraziti na SEO,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U zavisnosti od tipa proizvoda (Search ili Experience) imati i odgovaraju\u0107i fokus u tekstu opisa proizvoda. To zna\u010di da znamo da li je potrebno fokusirati se vi\u0161e na \u010dinjeni\u010dne informacije ili percepciju fizi\u010dkog iskustva sa proizvodom. Imati odgovaraju\u0107u kombinaciju klju\u010dnih re\u010di tako da pokrijemo sve aspekte pretrage na internetu (informativni, navigacioni, transakcioni),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spomenuti probleme koje potencijalni kupci imaju i na koji na\u010din proizvod ili usluga mo\u017ee da ih re\u0161i,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opis karakteristika proizvoda stavljati u vidu liste (bullets).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cist-dizajn\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-theme-primary-color\">2. Imati \u010dist dizajn<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo se odnosi na primenu odgovaraju\u0107e kombinacije verbalnih, vizuelnih i verbalno-vizuelnih elemenata. Pod ovim mislimo na boje, font, slike, logoe, zna\u010dke, raspored informacija itd. Neke od preporuka su:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Koristiti dve do tri boje koje su u skladu sa brendom i porukom koju \u017eelimo da prenesemo,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Koristiti jedan do dva tipa fonta,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opredeliti se da li \u0107emo koristiti Serif font (stvara percepciju tradicije; vi\u0161e je formalan) ili Sans-Serif font (stvara percepciju modernog i inovativnog; manje formalan),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Va\u017ene informacije, poput cene, dostupnost proizvoda itd., jasno istaknuti na strani sa proizvodom u prvom skrolu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"kvalitetne-fotografije\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-theme-primary-color\">3. Koristiti kvalitetne fotografije<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedan od glavnih problema koji online prodavnica ima je nemogu\u0107nost da kupac ostvari fizi\u010dki kontakt sa proizvodom. Upravo iz tog razloga veoma je va\u017eno da, pored navo\u0111enja karakteristika u vidu teksta, potencijalni kupac \u0161to bolje stekne, i vizuelnim putem, utisak o proizvodu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada biramo ili kreiramo slike proizvoda koje \u0107emo koristiti na strani sa proizvodom (product page) trebamo obratiti pa\u017enju na slede\u0107e:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Napraviti odgovaraju\u0107i balans izme\u0111u veli\u010dine fajla i kvaliteta slike. Slika treba biti u \u0161to ve\u0107oj rezoluciji, a veli\u010dina fajla treba biti \u0161to manja,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slika na strani sa proizvodom treba da zauzima \u0161to ve\u0107u povr\u0161inu,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prikazati proizvod iz razli\u010ditih uglova,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prikazati proizvod na jednobojnoj pozadini. Najbolje koristiti pozadinu bele boje,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prikazati bitne karakteristike proizvoda na pojedina\u010dnim slikama i istaknuti ih. Na primer ako prodajemo torbu imati sliku koja pokazuje njenu unutra\u0161njost. Na taj na\u010din mo\u017eemo videti koliko ima pregrada, d\u017eepova itd.,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Imati i par slika koje prikazuju proizvod u redovnoj upotrebi. Na primer, ako prodajemo \u017eenske torbe, sliku \u017eene koja nosi torbu prilikom \u0161etnje.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"vazne-informacije\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-theme-primary-color\">4. Va\u017ene informacije trebaju odmah biti dostupne<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I sami znate da pa\u017enja korisnika na internetu kratko traje. Iz tog razloga \u017eelimo da potencijalnom kupcu omogu\u0107imo da \u0161to jednostavnije i br\u017ee do\u0111e do va\u017enih informacija. To zna\u010di da sve bitne informacije moraju biti odmah dostupne. Preporuke su:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Informacije poput cene, bitne karakteristike proizvoda, va\u017ee\u0107e akcije (popust, besplatna dostava\u2026), pozicionirati u prvom skrolu i jasno ih istaknuti,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jasno i precizno istaknuti rok dostave i rok za povra\u0107aj robe,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jasno i precizno istaknuti tehni\u010dke specifikacije,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Naglasiti \u0161ta sve sadr\u017ei pakovanje proizvoda prilikom isporuke,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Precizirati u kojim sve varijantama proizvod postoji i dati mogu\u0107nost da se odmah izabere \u017eeljena varijanta. Na primer informisati kupca u kojim je sve bojama proizvod dostupan i dati mogu\u0107nost da se izabere \u017eeljena boja,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Imati sekciju sa naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e postavljenim pitanjima i odgovorima u vezi sa proizvodom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"call-to-action\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-theme-primary-color\">5. Imati jasan CTA (Call To Action)<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon \u0161to se kupcu plasiraju sve va\u017ene informacije u vezi sa proizvodom ili uslugom, veoma je bitno da zna \u0161ta se dalje od njega o\u010dekuje. Taj slede\u0107i korak mo\u017ee biti dodavanje u korpu, kupovina ili kontakt sa slu\u017ebom prodaje. Kao i za deo koji se odnosi na dostupne informacije o proizvodu, va\u017ei pravilo da to mora da bude brzo i jednostavno. Neki od principa dobre prakse su:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dugme koje se odnosi na CTA treba da bude dovoljno veliko tj. jasno uo\u010dljivo,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dugme koje se odnosi na CTA treba da precizno i jasno informi\u0161e kupca koju akciju preduzima nakon \u0161to klikne na njega (\u201eKupi odmah\u201c, \u201eStavi u korpu\u201c, \u201eKontaktiraj nas\u201c),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dugme treba biti odgovaraju\u0107e boje. To zna\u010di da postoji jak kontrast izme\u0111u boje dugmeta i ostalih boja koje se koriste. Za CTA dugme naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e se koriste crvena, narand\u017easta, zelena ili plava boja,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online prodavnica treba da pru\u017ei kupcu mogu\u0107nost izbora koju \u0107e akciju na\u010diniti. Social Proof<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Na po\u010detku smo ve\u0107 objasnili \u0161ta je Social Proof. Sada \u0107emo re\u0107i za\u0161to je va\u017ean i kako ga primeniti. Ve\u0107 smo rekli da je jedna od glavnih prepreka sa kojim se online prodavnica susre\u0107e, nemogu\u0107nost fizi\u010dkog kontakta kupca sa proizvodom. Tako\u0111e i nepoverenje u brend online prodavnice ima sna\u017ean uticaj na to da li \u0107e se kupovina obaviti ili ne. Upravo primenom Social Proof mo\u017eemo ubla\u017eiti efekat ovoga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u010din na koji to mo\u017eemo da uradimo, je da poka\u017eemo da osobe kojima kupac veruje (influenseri, eksperti) ili one sa kojima se mo\u017ee poistovetiti (prethodni kupci) imaju pozitivno mi\u0161ljenje o proizvodu i online prodavnici. Na taj na\u010din gradimo poverenje koje ima u online prodavnicu i dodatno podsti\u010demo posetioca da kupi proizvod ili uslugu. To mo\u017eemo ostvariti na vi\u0161e na\u010dina:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prikazivanjem recenzije proizvoda prethodnih kupaca. To se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e \u010dini u vidu kombinacije zvezdica, kratkog teksta koji pi\u0161u korisnici i par slika proizvoda (verbalno-vizuelni element),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kori\u0161\u0107enjem kratkih, pozitivnih, izjava influensera ili eksperata u vezi proizvoda ili usluge (testemonials). Ovaj format tako\u0111e podrazumeva kombinaciju teksta i slike te osobe (ekspert, influenser),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementacijom zna\u010dki, bed\u017eeva ili logoa relevantnih institucija.
